Our specifically designed training routines will consist of performance strengthening & conditioning, which will work muscles you did not realize you possessed. Our unique program is designed to challenge and train all fitness levels, by combining high intensity interval training with strength type workouts.

The sessions will not have any obstacles, so it will not be like an indoor jungle gym. The sessions are functional fitness training that will help you with your mission to try and conquer the Brutal Fitness Challenge Obstacle Course, and improve your everyday life.

Each session delivers a workout that is fun, unique, and challenging. All four pillars of fitness are built into our sessions - Power, Strength, Endurance, and Agility.

Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior our sessions will strengthen your body as well as improve your physical conditioning.

The best part is that you can have a magnificent time with your family, friends, and fellow participants as you allow us to prepare you for Your Challenge.
