When it comes to your health and fitness, the two most difficult steps are getting started and staying committed. The Brutal Fitness Challenge workouts are built on motivation and fun! We want to help you be an inspiration to yourself, your family, your community, your colleagues, and anyone you come in contact with. Everyone’s starting point and abilities are different. Our program will help you start or get back into your workout. The program can also be use to complement the workout you are currently doing.
The Brutal Fitness Challenge Workout is a unique program designed to challenge and train all fitness levels, by combining functional strength training and cardio within the workouts. The training is functional fitness for life, not just for the Brutal Fitness Challenge event. Each class delivers a full-body workout that is fun, unique, and challenging. Our workouts are built against five fitness pillars: Rest, Power, Strength, Endurance, and Dexterity.
BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING: This training will focus on strengthening your entire body from toe to head, and can improve your everyday life. The training is functional fitness which allows you to do what you can do while focusing on proper form using your body weight.
FLEXIBILITY & CORE TRAINING: Flexibility and core are an important component of our training program. This training will strengthen your core and help to alleviate weaker areas of the body.
FUNCTIONAL CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE: This workout is designed to improve your physical stamina!
REST: Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, this is the most important one. Your body needs time to rest in order to recover for the next workout.
*Locations, Dates, and Times of sessions are subject to change at the discretion of the Brutal Fitness Challenge. Teams have first priority on all sessions.
