The 1263 is an exercise replacement option you can use in the event you come across an obstacle, that for whatever reason, you choose not to do.
The 1263 is a sequence of four exercises done one right after the other. Once you have completed the sequence you would have done one rep. For you to use the 1263 as your obstacle replacement you have to perform 10 reps of the exercise. An example of the 1263 is below. When you have completed the 5 reps, you are free to proceed on to the next obstacle.
